Hola! In Seattle, February is usually a cold but dry month, with many sunny days. Today I walked down to the waterfront on my lunch and took in all the glory of the sunny day! It was quite energizing. And as I walked aroud observing the restaurants, I decided to set a goal of visiting all the eateries in my area to find some spots that can be "my place." How community-y of moi! Perhaps they will know me by name.
But if not, I know that at least three people will know my name when I show up for a French dinner and Armenian dessert on the Irish holiday that is named after Saint Patrick. Tis a ways away, but it shall arrive in no time, and I shall build up my appetite til then, for the day after this luxurious feast, I will be going vegetarian once more. And why you ask? Well, stay tuned, and you shall find out.
